So every month our clients, (That would be you) help us to decide which charity we will donate to by choosing an Exceptional Staff Member of the Month. How does that happen? Well, every month whoever a client mentions by name in a survey or review who went above and beyond gets to be the Exceptional Staff Member of the Month and then that staff member chooses which charity the practice will donate to that month.
