The Wright Center for Women’s Health has been operating on an Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) since 2019. This system gives the company the tools to systematically grow and continuously improve our processes.
This past Monday, the office was closed so that the entire team could participate in the EOS quarterly. Dr. Wright reviewed the vision, core values, core focus, and 10-year target with the team. Our staff then split into departmental meetings, where we worked together to identify their target populations and their unique abilities. With this information, the departments created measurable scorecards to be tracked weekly to help The Wright Center meet their short-term and long-term goals.
We are so excited by the progress the team has made and are looking forward to what the year holds for growth and improvement.
The Wright Center for Women’s Health will be closed on Monday, February 1st for professional development. We will resume our usual office hours on Tuesday, February 2nd.
The Wright Center For Women’s Health team has received their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. Our staff is doing everything possible to keep our guests safe and healthy. We’re looking forward to getting our second dose and the future after COVID.
Tammy is eager to continue her executive administrative career at The Wright Center! She has over 25 years of experience as an executive assistant extraordinaire and an impeccable track record of strong performance in high-pressure environments. Tammy is happily married, has three children and one grand-daughter. Outside of work, she loves traveling, bowling, and spending time with family and friends.
The holiday season may be over, but our Wright Center team exchanged gifts with each other today. It was so much fun, and it’s always a great time getting together with the whole team. Check out some of the pictures above!
Ron is our Exceptional Staff Member of the Month due to his hard work and dedication to our office. He keeps our office spectacular looking with his cleanliness standards. We are so lucky to have him(and his son Brandon who helps) at The Wright Center for Women’s Health.
Our exceptional staff member has also chosen to donate $1,300 to “The Love Fridge” in Chicago, a mutual aid network.
Kasey is a new Physician Assistant graduate who will be joining us as a provider partner. She received her degree from Marquette University. In her free time, she enjoys visiting new restaurants, spending time with family and friends, and playing with her new Aussiedoodle puppy. She is eager to start her career and contribute to the enthusiastic environment at The Wright Center!
Angela is the newest part of our clinical support staff. She has been happily married for over 20 years and has two children and two dogs. She is from Nashville, TN and enjoys watching the Kansas City Chiefs, playing golf, going on family trips and spending time with her family.
