Exceptional Staff Member of the Month!

Once again Darchell has been chosen as our Exceptional Staff Member of the Month! It's no secret that the patient's love her! Here's what we, as staff, had to say about her: She's a wonderful provider! Very knowledgable as well as taking time to build a relationship with her patient's. Goodbye Christine!

It’s that time again. Winter break is over for Christine. She will be going back to school in Iowa on Friday and we are dreading the goodbye! Even though the break was short, she helped us out tremendously. So we wanted to take the time and thank her for the past few weeks. We can’t wait for her to come home this summer!

Exceptional Staff Member of the Month!

Our Office Manager, Elena! She has been with Dr. Wright since the conception of The Wright Center. Initially hired as Dr. Wright's personal assistant, they would discuss the plans for the center while putting up Christmas ornaments or working on other tasks. Elena was so hardworking, task oriented and dedicated to doing a good job, Dr. Wright knew she had to hire her for the opening of her new practice. Elena was there every step of the way helping with the planning, build-out, organizing, and making things come together. Elena honestly does everything including to but not limited to: patient concierge, front desk/ receptionist, insurance specialist, human resources, personnel supervisor, motivator, event planner, customer service rep,VIP OB and cosmetic procedure concierge, marketing, productivity supervisor, decorator, baker and cook. Dr. Wright often says she would literally starve to death if it wasn't for Elena. Elena is constantly evaluating processes, making sure that The Wright Center functions smoothly, and is totally dedicated to ensuring that The Wright Center goes above and beyond in offering the best quality luxury healthcare possible. Some of the things that her colleagues and staff have to say about her include: She is truly dedicated and cares about the practice. Very nice to all the patients, very carng and always there for everyone. Very pleasant and easy to work with. Very considerate, helpful and reliable in all office matters and also with staff members. She treats the patients like they are good friends, is highly organized and very patient. She's very understanding and considerate. The patients have said: Elena always goes above and beyond! She makes me feel like she's known me for years. They appreciate her letting them know their balance up front even before their appointment. In the small amount of spare time that she has, Elena enjoys working out, leading a healthy life and spending time with her husband Chad, their 2 children and her Black Lab, Jet.
