Happy Birthday to our MA Rebeccah!

Our CFO Charles Davis donated $300 on behalf of Amanda Pool to Susan G Komen. Here is the receipt below. Thanks Amanda for allowing The Wright Center to be a part of such a worthy cause!

Dear Charles,

Thank you so much for your generous contribution of $300.00 to Susan G. Komen^®. Your support is hard at work helping us save lives and bringing us closer to our promise of ending breast cancer through our general fund.

Thanks to donors like you, we’ve invested more than $1.95 billion in funding to help people through screening, education, treatment and psychosocial support programs. We’ve also funded more than $889 million to support lifesaving research. In fact, Komen is the world’s single largest source of nonprofit funds dedicated to breast cancer research, outside of the federal government.

With your support, along with the many survivors, activists and supporters in more than 100 U.S. locations and a growing number of international cities and countries, we are helping save thousands of lives — maybe even someone you love.

Dr. Wright is big on wanting us to share our value with the world. When one genuinely shares their value, not only are those on the receiving end rewarded but the one giving and sharing what they do best in turn gets a great sense of fulfillment, pride and gratification in their ability to share that value. We just wanted to wish the best nurse ever a happy birthday! Happy Birthday Kathy!

We asked our Staff Member of the Month, Theresa Termine, what ice cream she would be and why?
Here is Theresa’s answer:
“I would be Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream because it’s my favorite!”

Staff Member of the Month: Our Ultrasonographer Theresa Termine! We asked the staff, “If Theresa could be a flavor of ice cream, what would she be and why?”
Here is what the staff said:

-Soft Serve Ice Cream because it melts too easily. It reminds me of how sweet, kind, thoughtful, and loyal she is that it really melts your heart.
-Banana Split because strawberry, chocolate, and pineapple is something that appeals to everyone.
-Tutti Frutti Ice Cream because she is so colorful.
-Rocky Road because you never know what Theresa your going to get!
-Cookie Dough because she’s sweet and everyone loves her.
-Chocolate Ice Cream because she is a patient favorite!
-Any kind with sprinkles on it!
