ADK 5 & 10

ADK combines vitamin K2, A, and D3, and features the most bioavailable and bioactive forms of vitamin D3 available. This kind of vitamin D3 is the identical form that is derived in the body from cholesterol and synthesized by sunlight on the skin. Studies have confirmed the safety and efficacy of vitamin D for bone, immune, and heart health.
Osteocalcin is a protein that assists with remodeling our bones by both reabsorbing older bone and laying down new healthy bone. Vitamin D3, the “sunshine vitamin,” is vital in producing osteocalcin. However, D3 needs help from vitamin K2, a cofactor that is essential to the bone-strengthening process. Vitamin A supports these two vitamins, as well as the immune system and a healthy heart.
